    如何向总统提问

         在一个权威主义和灌输式教育盛行的国家,想让学生们向总统提几个像样的问题并不是件容易的事情。假定昨天下午美国总统奥巴马会见上海学生代表时,提问学生名单和提问问题并非经官方授意安排的话,即可印证上述判断。
         学生一共提了8个问题。有2.5个涉及中美关系;1个涉及台湾关系(本质上还是中美关系);1个涉及言论ZiYou(此问题由美国驻华大使从网上挑选,基本算一个合格的问题);1个涉及个人成长;2.5个涉及对外政策。
         前两个问题完全在浪费时间。第一个关于中美城市间合作,这位同学可能误认为美国总统可以权揽一切事务(如同中国)。美国施行充分的地方自治,像城市合作之类的问题既非总统权责所在也非专业所长,无奈奥巴马只能转而推销起他的哥本哈根蓝图。
         第二个问题太大,问题太大表明你无法获得有效沟通。尤其对于一个擅长演讲的政客来说,等于给他机会发表陈词滥调。至于台湾关系,对外政策以及诺贝尔方面的问题,提问角度太够普通和陈旧,总统先生已经在很多场合回应过类似的提问。最不可思议的是有一个同学问道他的大学教育怎么使他获得诺贝尔和平奖。另外,我很纳闷,经济方面的问题居然一个都没有,难道现在的大学生不关心经济么?
         好问题的标准有两个:1,问题小一点,再小一点;2,让被问者需要多思考点,再多思考点。
         其实,我更相信问题部分是被潜规则的,唯一例外的是那个言论ZiYou的问题(想象一下,应该是经过了中美之间一番讨价还价的谈判)。这样来看一切都很自然了。
